What is the return policy?
If your item is unused, unopened and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We want you to genuinely love your satin essentials. That’s why every O So Curly order is backed by our 90 day quality guarantee.
If you experience a genuine quality issue within 90 days of purchase, please contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can review and resolve it for you. Please note, general wear & tear does not apply.

Will it slide off at night?
Our elastic rim is designed to stay secure without feeling overly tight or uncomfortable.
Majority of customers haven't had any issues but you may prefer to opt for our tie bonnet if you are a rough sleeper.
Is it suitable for thick or long hair?
Yes we designed it spacious enough for dense curls without compressing them.
Will the elastic stretch out quickly?
Our elastic is fully enclosed and designed to maintain its shape with proper care. Naturally depending on how often you use it, the elastic may loosen overtime, if you have any major issues within 90 days contact us and we will find a solution.
Can I return it if it doesn't fit?
If your bonnet doesn't fit, please contact us via email within 7 days and we will accept a return, as long as the item hasn't been used (asides from you trying it on).
Do darker colours need extra care?
Yes. We recommend washing deeper shades before first wear to minimise colour transfer, especially if you use oils or heavy products.
How do I wash & dry the bonnet?
Wash separately before using. Always wash with similar colours on a gentle cool cycle or hand wash. Hang to air dry, do not iron or tumble dry. Avoid high heat to protect the satin’s smooth finish.
I don't have curly hair, can I still use it?
Yes! We have had many customers with loose waves and straight hair use our bonnets. If your hair is thin you may prefer our satin tie bonnet.
