What is the return policy?
If your item is unused, unopened and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you experience a genuine quality issue within 90 days of purchase, please contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can review and resolve it for you. Please note, general wear & tear does not apply.

Will it stay on overnight?
Yes. Our elastic rim is designed to feel secure over your pillowcase. It stays in place even if you move in your sleep.
Will it last after washing?
Yes. When washed gently and air dried following instructions, it maintains its smooth feel and structure over time.
Do darker colours need extra care?
Yes. We recommend washing deeper shades before first use to help minimise colour transfer, especially when used alongside facial products or hair oils.
How do I wash & dry the pillowcase?
Wash separately before using. Always wash with similar colours on a gentle cool cycle or hand wash. Hang to air dry, do not iron or tumble dry. Avoid high heat to protect the satin’s smooth finish.
